With the ever increasing demand to improve hospital efficiency and utilise available time, custom packs help by reducing the number of stock items required for a procedure. This decreases waste, ordering costs and packaging, which in turn reduces set-up time giving skilled clinicians more time for hands-on patient care and helping to ensure compliance with best practice.

To meet this need Vygon has developed a customisation service that allows you to tailor-make a pack specific to your local requirements, offering bespoke solutions in a number of clinical areas.

Customised Regional Anaesthesia Packs

We offer a range regional anaesthesia procedure packs to provide maximum barrier precautions. These include the basic set, spinal pack and epidural mini tray, all of which can be customised with your choice of components including:

Your local Vygon representative will work with you to develop a pack that meets your clinical requirements with the best component combination. Vygon will then arrange a non-sterile sample and a quotation, and adjust the contents until you are completely happy with your selection.

All orders are tracked and monitored throughout the production process by a dedicated Customer Service Associate. This ensures on-time delivery and a consistent supply throughout the life of your pack.

Additional Support

Your local Vygon representative will be on hand to provide in-service training to suit your needs, in keeping with best practice and local protocols.

Following your initial order Vygon will send you a personalised welcome pack. This will contain Vygon contact details, and posters of your new pack that can be used to promote the pack within your Trust.
