Les Davies - Managing Director
Les joined Vygon in 1996 as a Sales Executive. He progressed through the company, working as a Product Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager and UK Sales Manager, before becoming Managing Director in 2005. As MD his role is to ensure that the company achieves its strategic objectives and targets, and to provide leadership and direction to its employees.
John Cusack - Operations Manager
John joined Vygon in 2009 as Operations Manager, having worked for 10 years in operational roles within the medical device industry. His main responsibilities include the management of Customer Services, Warehouse & Distribution, Purchasing, Site Services, and Custom Packs.
Lorraine Walker-Smith - UK & International Head of Training
Lorraine joined Vygon in 1988 as a Sales Executive, having previously qualified as a State Registered Nurse. She progressed through the company working as a Senior Sales Executive, Area Business Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager. In 2000 Lorraine moved into the Training department as a Training Manager then as Head of UK Training, and in 2010 she became the UK & International Head of Training with responsibility for training needs across the Vygon Group.
Caroline Redmond - Commercial Manager
Caroline joined Vygon in 1998 as a Sales Executive in South West London. After working as Regional Sales Manager in South London, she moved to work at HQ as Sales Support Manager, then Commercial Support Centre Manager before becoming Commercial Manager in 2010. Caroline’s responsibilities include company pricing, commercial offerings, E-Commerce, tenders, contracts, quotes, and strategic account management for key distribution routes throughout the UK.
Katie Kingston - Marketing & Customer Communications Manager
Katie joined Vygon in 2009 as Marketing & Customer Communications Manager. She manages the Marketing Team, which includes Graphic Designers and is responsible for all printed literature, external communications, company branding, the CRM system and the company website.
Paul Allen - Business Development Manager
Paul joined Vygon in 1995 as a Sales Executive for Clinical products on the North London area. Paul is now a Business Development Manager, responsible for a number of product ranges including: peripherally inserted central venous catheters (PICCs); midlines; neonatal and paediatric vascular access; and the Nutrisafe 2 safe nasogastric feeding system.
John Kerridge - Business Development Manager
John joined Vygon in 1998 as a Sales Executive in North London. He then progressed through the roles of Senior Sales Executive and Regional Sales Manager, becoming a Business Development Manager in 2004. John is currently responsible for our IV Management range, which includes: the Bionector needle-free access devices; IV cannulae, administration sets and extension lines; the VENE-K disposable tourniquet; and our standard and customised IV cannulation packs.
Max Richards - Business Development Manager
Max joined Vygon in 2003 as a Sales Executive for our IV product range. He became Regional Sales Manager for South London in 2005, and moved across to manage the South West region in 2009. In 2011 Max became a Business Development Manager for the following ranges: MIC; MIK; Indermil tissue adhesive; CVC anaesthesia and anaesthesia custom packs; CVC long-term custom packs; arterial and arterial custom packs.
Graham Milward - Technical Support & Product Realisation Manager
Graham joined Vygon in 1998 as Technical Manager and Business Development Manager. After a short time working solely in Business Development, he returned to the technical team in 2011 as Technical Support & Product Realisation Manager and BDM. As well as managing the enteral product range, Graham has responsibility for: managing the technical team and regulatory affairs; product investigation and development; and he is the UK principal expert for ISO enteral small bore connectors.
Regional Sales Managers

Karen'O Hara | Scotland & Northern Ireland
Karen joined Vygon in 2002 as a Sales Executive for the MIC product range. She progressed to Senior Sales Executive, before becoming Regional Sales Manager for the South West region in 2006. In 2008 she moved north to take the role of Regional Sales Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Mark McNaught | North
Mark joined Vygon in 2010 as Regional Sales Manager for our Northern region with over 8 years experience in medical sales and sales team management.

David Seddon | North West
David joined Vygon in 2010 as Regional Sales Manager for our North West region. He has sales and management experience from previous roles in other companies, and worked as an NHS Training Authority Paramedic.

Ryan Franklin | Midlands
Ryan originally joined Vygon in 2002 as a Sales Executive. After a brief time working with another medical company Ryan returned to Vygon in 2007 as Product Manager for the Boussignac range. He went back out into the field in 2009 to take on his current role as Regional Sales Manager for our Midlands region.

Justin Spence | South London
Justin Spence started with Vygon in May 2010 on area 8 Clinical and became Regional Sales Manager for South London in December 2011.

James Leek | South West
James joined Vygon in 2005 as a Sales Executive for Clinical and then IV products in the North London area. He became Product Manager for Regional Anaesthesia in 2009 and is responsible for spinal, epidural and plexus anaesthesia products, as well as the Boussignac CPAP range. In 2011 James became the Regional Sales Manager for the South West.
