Profits have been consistently reinvested into product research and development, and equipment to improve manufacturing methods. Much of the production is now fully automated to ensure consistent quality at high output rates, which reduces costs. However, a number of our devices still require hand-assembly of intricate components in small batch quantities by skilled personnel.
